1、精餾塔：工業(yè)萘精餾塔一般采用浮閥塔，浮閥板層50—70層，塔徑按處理量的大小有800—1200mm。

2、冷凝冷卻器：冷凝冷卻器是一個(gè)直徑為1.2m，長為3.376m，冷卻面積為122m2的列管式換熱器，生產(chǎn)時(shí)冷卻水走管內(nèi)，萘蒸汽以138-140℃的溫度從器頂進(jìn)入管間，換熱后再以80—90℃的溫度從器底呈液體流出。冷卻水從器底進(jìn)入，器上部以40—50℃溫度流出

3、轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)：其結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1-8所示圖1-8 轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)是將熔融狀態(tài)的萘連續(xù)冷卻成固態(tài)散裝萘的機(jī)器。轉(zhuǎn)鼓結(jié)晶機(jī)由機(jī)殼、保溫池、轉(zhuǎn)鼓、刮刀、冷卻水管和傳動(dòng)裝置組成。
